Can I keep my number and subscription?
Yes. Use the eSIM for data, and your subscription or prepaid SIM for calls and texts. Your usual line stays as it is.
Which phones work?
Most phones from 2018 onwards support eSIM: iPhone XS+, Samsung S20+, Google Pixel 3+. The phone must be unlocked. To keep your subscription active at the same time, the phone needs a physical SIM + eSIM or dual eSIM. Check your phone →
Does the eSIM get its own phone number?
No. This is a pure data line with no phone number, voice or SMS. Calls and texts work as before on your subscription, and apps like WhatsApp work over the data.
What happens when the data runs out?
We send an alert at 80% usage, and you can buy a top-up without installing a new eSIM. On a daily package the speed drops to the speed shown on the package (“Then …”) once the daily quota is used.
